At Smothers for Arizona, we value every contribution and supporter. Because campaign donations are subject to federal reporting and compliance regulations, please read our refund policy carefully.
1. All Contributions Are Final
In general, all donations made to Smothers for Arizona are final and non-refundable.
Federal election law requires us to report each contribution, and once a donation is processed, we are legally obligated to track and account for those funds.
2. Refund Exceptions
We may issue a refund only in the following circumstances:

A duplicate donation was made in error

A donation was made with an incorrect amount

A donation was made using a fraudulent or unauthorized payment method

3. How to Request a Refund

We will review your request and respond within 7 business days. If approved, refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
4. ActBlue Donations
If you contributed through ActBlue, refunds may be subject to ActBlue’s own processing guidelines. In that case, you may also contact ActBlue directly at support@actblue.com.
